All sales are final on original artwork. However, customer satisfaction is a priority—if your painting arrives damaged or there is a significant issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss possible resolution options, including replacement (if applicable) or store credit. Custom commissions are non-refundable.

Processing Time:

• Original paintings: Please allow 7–10 business days for packaging and processing.

• Prints and merchandise: Ships within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Methods:

• All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and destination.

• Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates:

• Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

• Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotions.

International Shipping:

• Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Damaged Packages:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

• Free local pickup is available by appointment from Dionn Reneé Studios in Harrisburg.

• After placing your order, select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.

Local Delivery – Harrisburg, PA Area:

• For clients within 10 miles of Harrisburg, we offer free delivery on original paintings over $250.

• A small delivery fee may apply for orders under that amount—please inquire when placing your order.

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide! Please note that international buyers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and any applicable duties.
